I so enjoyed listening to your podcast because it gives me a break from politics. Your take on the Nov 22 episode pertaining to politics in the USA made me decide to unfollow your show. I fully support the red wave that happened.

So glad I came across this podcast. I am kind of late to the game. Started from the beginning and working my way through. A great variety of subjects and I learn something with each episode. I’m a healthcare worker. Paul shares the latest info about overall health and more importantly how to stay healthy. Prevention is the focus. It’s refreshing!
